We have been super busy getting our house ready to put on the market. The other night Carter wanted to help Josh measure the sofa -- too cute!

Well....

if everything goes as planned - we will be closing on our new house at the end of February!

Kim - if you are reading this, I totally feel your house pain.

Feeding the ducks -- in the rain.

Carter & Granddaddy fed the ducks in the rain. Granddaddy saves old bread and even pancakes, so when Carter visits they have plenty for the ducks. Apparently, Carter likes to throw the whole entire pancake in the water -- lucky ducks!

Look at all the ducks.... they don't waste much time. As soon as they see Carter they flock!

Carter enjoyed playing with his construction site... we all know, the kid loves big trucks!!

2009 BeerFestival - Columbia, SC

On Saturday a group of us went to the World Beer Festival in Columbia, SC. Josh's dad was kind enough to be our taxi driver.

Simply put....

Snow day!!

Woohoo... it is SNOWING in North Carolina. We woke up this morning to about two inches and it has been snowing since. Right now we probably have about 5 inches on our deck. When we mentioned that snow was coming to Carter a few days ago he was none to thrilled... that all changed the second he saw it this morning. We played in it for as long as my little piggies could stand it. Here are a few cute shots...... be sure to check the Picasa album for all of the snow pictures!
