Carter got a golf set from my Dad last weekend - and has since mastered his swing! Here he his playing in Granddaddy's nice manicured lawn... good thing the clubs are plastic!

Just playing around with his big fire truck Nana bought him. He loves it.... this is exactly why I thought he would enjoy the real fire trucks!

Chapin's Firefighter Appreciation Day!!

On Saturday the town of Chapin had an appreciation day for their firefighters - I thought the boys would love the big trucks.... not so much. They really could care less! All well, they were able to enjoy flavorless snow cones... yes, just plain ice :-)

Here's Ramie stuffed in the back of the SUV with the cooler & wagon.

Before we arrived they did a demonstration with some of the tools they use to get a passenger out of a burning vehicle. Since we missed it, I thought I'd best at least get a picture of the after math.

Sunset cruise

As you may already know from past post Carter always helps Granddaddy drive us off the dock. Well, Carter & Granddaddy had an extra helper -- Conner was thrilled (check out the grin) to be 2nd mate!

Fly Baby! Carter totally LOVED it when Josh would throw him up in the air - the higher the better! Made Nana, Granddaddy & I all very nervous - we had to grin and bear it since Carter was clearly having the time of his life!

Here's Carter going under -- by the end of the weekend, he enjoyed this just as much as he did flying high in the air.

EdVenture

We took Carter to a kids museum in Columbia, SC today - we had a great time! Jason, Ashley & Conner visited us today, also. Carter had a great time with his new friend...

Look closely -- Josh & Carter are inside of a bubble. Carter loves bubbles, so this was a really cool concept for him.

Here is Ed (EdVenture) -- Ed is a 40 foot kid with a working watch.... you can explore his insides to see just exactly what he is made of.

You can even go down a slide (which consist of his intestines).... Carter loved it face first!!
